Product Availability

Our online inventory reflects what we have in store.
If the item and/or size is sold out online, we will not have it in store.

We receive shipments on a daily basis but we are not able to guarantee the item you want will be restocked.
If an item/size is out of stock, you can sign up on the product page online to be notified when it is back in stock.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are subjected to a processing time of 1-3 business days for your orders to be picked, packed and prepared before shipping.

Toronto – GTA: 1 – 3 business days

Ontario & Quebec: 2 – 5 business days

Rest of Canada: 3 – 7 business days

United States: 5 – 10 business days

Please note: above estimated time does not include processing time.

Free shipping over CAD$99.99 within Canada, before tax and after discounts 

Orders under CAD$99.99 are subjected to a CAD$10 shipping fee.

All orders shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping

Free shipping over CAD$150 within the US, before tax and after discounts. 

Orders under CAD$150 are subjected to a CAD$10 shipping fee.

US orders shipped with USPS via 3rd Party carrier. There will be no additional duty charges.

We currently offer in-store and curbside pickup at our downtown Toronto location.

During check-out, please select store pick-up as your shipping option at the bottom of the shipping page, after you have filled out your address.

You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pick up.

*Please note that orders will be cancelled if not picked up within 1 month of fulfillment. Please reach out to us if you have any question. 

What you need for the pick-up:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • A valid government photo ID that matches the name on the billing information

Orders will only be released to customers who placed the order. You will have to sign to acknowledge that the order has been picked up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made from November 1st, 2023 can be returned by February 29th, 2024. 

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them in, and in the original shoebox.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

For Canadian orders

All Canadian returns via mail are subjected to a $10 return shipping fee.

*We currently do not accept exchanges via mail. Please initiate a return for your order for a refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want. 
**Returns via mail is only available for online orders. For in-store purchases, please come back to our store to exchange or return.

For US orders
Please reach out to us for our US return address*.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost to our US return address. Email our customer support here
IMPORTANT: Please do not address your parcel to our Canadian address as it will be subjected to additional custom charges, import duties and other related handling fees. We have no control over these charges and your account will be charged when we receive the parcel.

In-store returns and exchanges are free

Yes, unless marked as FINAL SALE, all items can be returned for a full refund excluding any applicable costs.

All promo codes apply to regular priced items and items marked at less than 20% off.
